...I tried discussing the MOQ with you on numerous occasions to no avail. Like Marsha (Lucy), you seem to want to engage me in a game but then you pull the football away. I think you should be happy you have others like Marsha and Mark who enjoy discussing nonsense and leave the rest of us alone.


Marsha said to Dan:
The other day I spent the morning with my grandson.  He's just started 2nd grade...  Finally I asked him if there were any cute little girls sitting near him.  "No!", he said, "Girls are really dumb!  They're all like Lucy."   Should I have had an ego fit?  Should I have cried?  What reason or subject is so important to discuss that makes you try to hurt me? .. Is there any reason I should cling to your reality of the situation?

I think your grandson has a very good reason to dislike girls like Lucy. And maybe we have good reasons for bestowing that name upon you. Ever consider the possibility that people don't like Lucy because she's pointlessly hurtful? She tortures Charlie just to amuse herself and then she's smug about it too. It sure wouldn't be a bad idea for you to think about the these reasons because they're definitely part of the reality of the situation. If facing that makes you feel like having an ego fit or like crying, well... at least those feelings will be based on reality.
