Hi Steve and all,

I have a first name, I have a last name.  Why should I drop one and deny the
reality it represents?  The value in S/O is that there is real connection
between what I have done and what I have inherited from my parents.  I have
to start somewhere, and I can't start at the end if I want to grow into
something else.
