If this weren't a forum for discussion of Pirsig and MOQ my answer would also be "the Art of Losing Control" which stands for .... 
But in this forum I think it is just enough to answer Art, Arete, Excellence, Quality, Value and so on.
How do we define Art? By art of course. How do we define Love? By making love, love is a verb, not a noun. Art and love is something we do, not something to have.
I always look forward to your next lovely rhetoric posts. One day maybe you and dmb will eventually understand each other.
