Andre,

I am talking about weakly experienced (insignificant) value as opposed to strongly experienced value.  It might have been a poor choice to use 'low value', or maybe not, either way I explained quite clearly I meant insignificant.  If a scale of significant/insignificant doesn't interest you, that is fine.
