Hi Joe,

Well said. This is kind of why I protest about Marsha's patterns.
She is unraveling everything into patterns, as if that makes it more
meaningful. I suppose it is OK for a first cut, but it requires a
little more convincing from her side why that should be the
fundamental ground of understanding. I deal with patterns as part of
my scientific job. I do not see them as the basis for everything. I
just see them as a useful tool which we create to be able to
extrapolate.

The reason I requested unraveling, is that I am completely lost with
Marsha's metaphysical logic. I am hoping that if I find how the
string turns within the knot, it will make more sense to me. So, it
is with the possibility of understanding that I make my request of
David. I certainly have not gotten anywhere in my discussions with
her.

Does this make sense?

Cheers,
Mark
