Greetings Ian,

Great TED talk.  Thanks for presenting it.  There is a transcript version at the location for anyone who wanted to borrow a paragraph for a topic, and there are so many interesting ideas to borrow from.   Which would be your choice or choices?  

I recently read via a Buddhist text, that I cannot seem to find at the moment, that fear of public speaking was one of the major fears called hinderances.  Interesting...
