Hi Andre and All,

Definition is not existence.

Metaphysics proposes the format for how we know things. Historically that
format was S/O.

In the evolutionary format for knowledge in SOM there is no reality to S's
and 0's except through definition. Admittedly until DQ/SQ there was no
rational format for evolution! "God just made it that way!" was the only
appeal to reality that I learned in school. Evolution was just a
meaningless word applied to intellectual or emotional differences.

Pirsig pushed against that metaphysical S/O format and found it unable to
include all of reality. He found it impossible to conceptualize, since it
was so weighted to definition.

What formats a definition of S/O or MOQ? Metaphysics! Pirsig proposed an
indefinable metaphysical element in the structure of reality. He called the
indefinable element DQ in an evolutionary format.

What in my experience compares to the formulation of DQ by Pirsig? A
reality that I experience, indefinable emotions. "Women don't think they
feel" has always left the reality for knowing "indefinable emotions"
circulating in Society waiting for Pirsig.
