All static(patterned )value is constantly changing.  It changes synchronically in its interdependence with consciousness (arising, transforming, ending) and diachronically as it evolves through time.  Dynamic Quality is beyond conceptual and sensual understanding.  The Metaphysics of Quality is monistic in that it posits the idea that reality, the world, is composed of nothing but value.
