Dmb provided us with some pertinent, yet basic quotes from LILA backed 
with a Wikipedia reference in response to the subject of this thread.

For some reason or other I could hear a deep sigh him doing so. Worse, 
my fear that the first cut, DQ/sq will still not be apprehended properly 
by some on this Discuss. I do hope at the very least that these quotes 
stop the twittering twits from twittering about...absolutely.....nothing 
to do with MOQ. And this is speaking in a very relative way.
