Hi Jor,
Yes focussing attention is important, it helps to get my keys and start the car in the moment. It helps us get through a train of thought.
I am indeed glad that you have found meaning through evolution. Because of my training in biology, I see it a certain way. So, I must find another way. Unfortunately the more I understand, the less useful I find it. This is a probl with such understanding. I have more faith in what I do not understand, but can feel in my core. That is where my presentations come from, as insane as they may seem to some.
