[MD] Requesting contact to Pirsig

The normal process Tuukka, for those without direct contact is that
you write your letter of introduction / request for contact
(explaining why) and this is forwarded to him by one of us who has his
contact (Horse, Dave, Ant, me and a few others I know).

That way he can decide if he wants to contact you directly (or
indirectly through an intermediary), without his contact details being
given away to every whacko around.

Suggest you draft your letter (which can be open or entirely
confidential between you and him) and ask for it to be forwarded.
