Banning certain "Subjects" have been a wits end last resort response
to those who refuse to comply with charter rules.

Plus, this is Horses site, we all agree to being moderated by him
by choosing to contribute. 

He has been very accomodating and has explained his reasons. I feel
the least we can do is respect his decisions.

Trying to equate his enforcement with SOMism is a bullshit manuever.
