[MD] Is the MOQ static, or a static pattern?

Arlo,
this is actually pretty interesting. We have contradictory ideas of what 
it means for the MOQ to manifest. I could say you find this 
manifestation to take place in the meta axis. Here the MOQ may manifest 
as the int pattern. It also may manifest as a metatheory of MOQ like 
sq/DQ/MOQ -style. You said it doesn't, but the fact that you said that 
implies that you found manifestation to take place in the "meta-axis". 
The meta axis is the place where metatheories are formed.

Emergences are also metatheories, but they are of different kind. 
Perhaps the metatheoryhood is nonrelativizable. When I spoke of 
manifestation, I mean manifestation that takes place on the "polymorphic 
axis", ie. the static levels.

I could write a bit more about this one day. Unless the axes are 
defined, the notions of "metatheory" or "manifestation" are ambiguous.
