Hi Joe,
I see what you are saying.  I would not consider SQ as reality.  I prefer to think of it as "construct".  SQ is something we create (like communication).  We also create our experiences.

What you may be differentiating between is nonsorted experience and sorted thought.

I prefer to think of DQ as "potential".  An example of DQ would be "creativity".  DQ cannot be considered as some thing, in my opinion.

I like your idea of perception.  I consider Quality to be a perception.
