Or, as I put it elsewhere, pragmatic truths are true in relation to experience. This is also what it means to say static truths are secondary, to say they are subordinate to Quality or to say they are derived from Quality. These are just various ways to say the same thing about pragmatic truths.

That is the definition of the MOQ's pragmatic truth, which is meant to replace SOM's objective truth. That pragmatic definition is the solution whereas objective Truth is the problem. 

And - even though you think it's funny to pretend otherwise - I've been arguing that you are deeply confused about these two definitions of truth. You've rejected the solution as if it were the problem. Sadly, there is still no reason to believe that you have comprehend this criticism and so it still stands.
