Hi Eddo,

Oh I have some ideas using versions of an actual heart, but my heart is always present.  The other day I wrote that directly experiencing Dynamic Quality is directly realizing that there is nothing (nothing divisible, definable and knowable) persisting from moment to moment, but it is also an open heart experience.  

How about the plaster strips that are used to build a cast?  Maybe just the open-hand side?   Could be fun.
