[MD] Intellectual static patterns of value

Greetings,

For the record:  I agree that intellectual static patterns of value are often useful, and a reason they are so highly regarded by RMP is that they are closer to Dynamic Quality, and are suppose to be less dogmatic.  But, of course, the code of art sits above or beyond the Intellectual Level because it is even closer to Dynamic Quality.
