p.s.  Though I do not like the Kindle Reader experience, I am crazy for my document/pdf reader which allows me to bookmark, underline, highlight in many colors, overstrike, add notes, and copy to paste into other files.  It might be considered a little pricey, but I read a lot of documents in pdf form, so I think it worth every penny.  It is called Documents by Readdle.
