"There is nothing but values", but that doesn't mean all values are the same.

We can for ex see that there are some good and some bad business going on out there. High quality business will last longer than low quality enterprises.

High quality molecules are close to permanent....that's what the four levels are made of....truth is a high quality pattern....there are static quality patterns and there are dynamic events of change....

I think it is quite well described in Lila ch 9 and 29-30.
