The issue is back to the word "exist" I fear. Yes there is a world out
there to be experienced. The world out there "exists".

Do patterns "exist" within it, static or otherwise? No the pure potential
(and constrained potential, absences) for any number of patterns is what
exists. The SPV's are our conceptualisations, we create those - they don't
"exist" in the world out there.
