Joe,

By "brain" do you mean consciousness?  Value interacts with consciousness?  RMP has written very little about consciousness, but I have this:

"Dynamic Quality is defined constantly by everyone. Consciousness can be described as a process of defining Dynamic Quality. But once the definitions emerge, they are static patterns and no longer apply to Dynamic Quality."
    (LILA's Child, Annotation  57)

One can be conscious of sensual information - smells, tastes, sound, sight, feelings - without language and definitions.  I am working with the idea that there is an interdependency between Value and consciousness that seems to split value (all patterns) into knower and known, all of them, all of them, all of them...   But no explanation stands clear.   

The seat of experience???
