Is it moral1 that 2 hydrogen atoms combine with an oxygen atom to form water?  Yes, it is a chemical law1.
Is it moral2 that mules are sterile?  Yes, it is a biological law2.
Was it moral3 that in 1930s Germany, Jews were not allowed to teach?  Yes, that was the law3.  (That does not mean the law3 was not controversial.  The law3 certainly prohibited Jews from being university professors, but did it prohibit their home-schooling their children?)
Was it moral4 that in 1930s Germany, Jews were not allowed to teach?  No, that law3 was morally4 unjustifiable.
