[MF] the way forward for MoQ discussion lists

Hi all

I'm with Jonathan and Wim about slowing down the pace. I would probably be able 
to spend ~1 h/day reading and responding to a few posts since the day before. 
But with the current pace, I'd need to spend 30 minutes every few hours, 
otherwise the catching up gets daunting.
