over the course of a lifetime"? Or is it words, sentences, grammer, etc.?

Well words sentence and grammar are also concepts acquired over a lifetime.

Does this make you think there is something going on besides your

Do you wonder why you don't get a sunburn every night while you sleep in
your bed? I think you are both making things more difficult than they are.

I do think we are making it more complicated than it is. To simplify, I
guess I would have to say that, I am suspicious of phenomenology as an
approach to ontology.
