Oh I am Magnus, I'm rethinking and rethinking....

"To create" in the terms I'm using, I'm not refering to historical arising
or beginnings.  I want to deal only with the facts in the now rather than
fanciful postulations made in ignorance about "primitive" cavemen and the
big bang....  I just mean the metaphysics of reality as we find it.

The creative force of the 4th level is DQ and that's not a level because its
undefined.
It's where hypothesis come from.

At least, that' s my hypothesis.
