First, I'd have to tighten up terms a bit by explaining what I mean "is the
home of".
By this I mean that intellect itself is born out of values. A metaphysical
accounting of how intellect arises is the MoQ. Since the MoQ came from an
intellectual man, as part of a rationaly inquiry I can see how in a certain
sense some people might view it as arising from intellect but this view is
wrong in philosophical principle, if examined a bit deeper.
