true, true! 
I read about that phenomenon...I think it's because the 'bad boys' often
exhibit
characteristics more in line with what is attractive at a biological
level...
it's back to the 'caveman' and 'social status'...often the bad boys are
popular,
charismatic and so on...but aren't necessarily smarter or able to be good 
providers. Unfortunately, I think the girls then 'settle' for the nice guy
to support her...

rare when the combinations actually work from the biological and sexual
level, all the
way up through the social and the intellectual levels and the 'spiritual
levels' beyond...
whatever those are - either fabricated extended mental/intellectual levels
or something more
profound in our psyche/consciousness...I've known guys with whom the sex was
ok, the 
social and intellectual levels worked - but there just wasn't a 'spark' -
what the hell is
that all about?
