[MD] The Quality/MOQ meta-metaphysics

According to the MoQ, it is best for society to have a rational basis supplied by the
intellectual level rather than just consist of mindless conformity to ritual.  But if the intellectual 
level is just SOM (or SOL), then SOM would be this best basis & therefore a better basis than the MoQ.
I don't think the MoQ shoots itself in the foot in this way.
