Arlo>
> When you read Bo's posts (peruse the archives), you see a definite and undeniable "western elitism" that he uses to prop of the Euro-American nations as "morally superior" to the inferior people of the world forever dwelling in "the social level".

[Pirsig]
Cultures can be graded and judged morally according to their contribution to the evolution of life.
A culture that supports the dominance of social values over biological values is an absolutely superior culture to one that does not, and a culture that supports the dominance of intellectual values over social values is absolutely superior to one that does not. (Lila, 24)

Ron:
Since the MoQ is opposed to SOM that means the MOQ is opposed to the intellectual level. It opposes intellectual values.
That would make MoQ immoral because it then asserts the dominance of social values by undermining and killing intellectual
values. Correct? it would contradict it's own
assertion per this interpretation. How do you square this problem?

[Platt]
Even though Pirsig (and indeed the entire MOQ) contradicts Arlo's implication that "western elitism" and "moral superiority" is evil, one has to admire Arlo's self-adoring ability to psychoanalyze people he has never met.

Ron:
The explanation above covers why it is immoral. And just doesent add up. The reasons why you continue to justify the position in light
of this point leads to culturally dominant points of view. And since you refuse to be pinned to any sort of answer, conclusions are drawn.
That are farely close to the mark in my opinion.
