Well that is why the Greeks and westerners in general did not like Zero
and yet without it western civilization would not have made much progress
over the last 400 years. Math is not confined by the limits you have
described nor does it care if if conforms to anything observable. It does
however deal with infinities and if we are wise we will listen to what is
has to say about them. The temperature of absolute zero does not have to
be mearsured we know what it is. It is zero. It would only occur in the
complete absense of motion. This is not going to happen, ever.
