Walks in the woods is a great idea.

It sounds like your on top of everything. 

Can I ask, does solitary confinement help much?

I like what Pirsig said in regards to psychiatrists and mental 
institutions.  The one good thing they do, they never take credit for - 
Solitary Confinement.  Meditation is a great cure for even the hardiest 
of habits.
