SUPREME COURT ORAL ARGUMENTS

Racial Diversity Cases

C-SPAN will air the Supreme Court oral arguments in two separate 
cases on Monday shortly after the cases have been argued before the 
Court. In both cases, the Court will decide what role race can be 
used when assigning students to K-12 schools in an effort to achieve diversity.
