Regarding the Oregon incident.
I'm not sure I'd agree that "waiting in the car" was "static" and "going for
help" is Dynamic. Are we confusing "active" and "passive" with "Dynamic" and
"static"?
I mean, if we see following DQ as "movement towards a sense of betterness",
couldn't "DQ" lead to waiting in the car? I'd say that maybe it was DQ that led
to the woman burning the tires to keep warm, although I'm sure part of this too
was static knowledge that rubber burns.
