The most significant distinction between the social and intellectual levels
is that only through the later does Dynamic Quality consciously awaken to 
itself.  The individual discovers he is not a product of the historical development 
of static patterns of value - he is their ~creator~ and always has been.  
The conventional SOMist understanding is turned on its head.
