I understand the MOQ to be a (better) theory of human knowledge based 
on quality.  MOQ is a theory created at the intellectual level from 
Pirsig's Dynamic experience.   DQ is represented in the MOQ, but 
cannot be defined by the Intellectual level or the MOQ.
