[MD] So cometh MOQ, what next?

Craig,

Wow.

Hitler persecuted the Jews (a religious group), that fact makes it religious
persecution.

The fact that Hitler persecuted people with "Jewish Blood" (faith has no
bloodlines) is further proof of religious persecution.

For a better understanding of Hitler and the Third Reich I recommend you
read "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich" by William Shirer. It should
help your understanding. You may be interested to find that Hitler planned
to convert all subjects to a new religion where he was to be on par with
Jesus. But you already knew that, right?

By the way #4 four is definitely wrong and #1 & 2 are partially right. Read
the book...we'll talk.

Micah

Micah's non-sequitor #1. Just because Hitler did not persecute all
successful people, doesn't entail he didn't persecute Jews because they
were.

Jews are a religious group!

Micah's non-sequitor #2. Just because Jews are a religious group, doesn't
mean that was Hitler's excuse for persecuting them. Proof: Hitler
persecuted those who converted to or were raised as Christians, but had any
"Jewish blood" (i.e., were descended from Jews).

To recap, for those who do not understand the roots of the Holocost:
1) Envy. Outlawing commerce between non-Jews & Jews removed the latter from
economic competition. In addition, the property of Jews was confiscated &
redistributed to non-Jews.
2) Eugenics. Hitler wanted a pure race, free of "Jewish blood".
3) Scapegoat. Hitler needed to blame the depression on someone, surely not
the National Socialists.
4) Religion. Hitler claimed the Jews were responsible for the Romans
crucifying Jesus.
