I suppose the intention would be to encourage a re-connection with  ourselves 
as animals who enjoy eating healthy food. You may not want to actually  grow 
it, but i feel sure you need to eat it Platt?
Have you ever noticed a difference in quality between home grown veg and  
supermarket veg?
I don't know why it is, but home grown veg can make you realise what you've  
been missing.
