At any point where we try to state what is good and
what is evil we can only do so by creating static
descriptions of both, but as good is implicitly a
dynamic phenomena (thus so is it's absence) we know
that all static definitions are inaccurate.

     Hmmmm, this makes me ponder.  ALL static
definitions are inaccurate.  This, even in science, is
probably true, when all experience is totalled. 
Science has NO complete theory where no more
theorizing is necessary, thus, dq is present for
science to calculate and make static more and more.
