[MD] guidebook

"Check out the MOQ wiki.  I did a fair amount of editing on it a few months 
back.  Plan to do a whole lot more over the Christmas break.  Such as 
incorporating developments from MD and MF into it. Edit it as you like."

The trouble with the MOQ Wiki is that it isn't moderated/monitored properly 
David.  "Edit it as you like" is an invitation to any egotistical moron who 
has a grudge against Horse, myself or the MOQ in general.  (David Buchanan 
also made a similar point to you about this a couple of months ago.)

On the hand, MOQ Focus is moderated/monitored, so - at least in regards to 
the Internet - that's where I'll be making any contribution to a Guidebook 
to LILA on the lines that Gav was looking for.
