[MD] guidebook/primer

Greetings All,

Leave it to a group of men to f*ck up something that is pure and 
beautiful.  We have the author's own words.  Do you think you can do 
better?  Do you want to create static definitions by consensus?  Do 
you want to add what is missing?  Maybe there is an ambiguous part 
you'd like to drop?   Next you'll want to proclaim that women are 
biological creatures.

I've always thought this MD Discuss a place where mental monkeys 
(myself included) can explore and stretch their understanding of the MOQ.

Has anyone asked RMP what he thinks of this group creating a 
guidebook or primer??????
