Micah,

One man's wild-ass speculation is anothers hypothesis.

There is plenty of "evidence" to support my hypothesis, which I
offered to dig up for you. I've seen enough evidence to use the
hypotheis as my day to day working assumption. If you any counter
evidence of proof the other way (as Arlo also requests), then offer
it, rather than finding wilder rhetoric to say you disagree ... I
already knew that.
