Also let's be sure to include a black, an American indian, a muslim and a 
catholic priest on the editorial team. We must make sure that whatever we 
do is politically correct. Talk of "competence" is typical Victorian elitism.
Perish the thought that merit should have anything to do with selection of
editors.
