Oh, I forgot.  I think rather than 'exchange' a better word, for me, 
is 'overlap'.  For instance, I may be thinking through a problem at 
the Intellectual Level, and at the same time hold an subconscious 
attitude towards an aspect of that problem.  This overlap might be an 
excellent reason to cultivate a meditation practice.
