Who are the charges and how are they messed up? 
As to career change, I recently was able to fit my 40
hours into 3 days a week, and now I can watch and be
with my month old son while he grows up; and I get
time away from that place and be in these quiet woods
more often.

It is nice to have a chance to be Mr. Mom. When my oldest was about two we
lived about a miles from the zoo and used to go nearly every day before noon
when the crowds were light.

Perhaps you should stay focused on that. Often though you seem nearly as
upset about your job as you are thrilled with life beside the stream.
