Gene, Case & Mark,

I think Gene and Case have been posting  something important.  I, too, 
think DQ is amoral.  Maybe for this  reason, I am uncomfortable with 
the phrase "sweet spot".   I also  believe that an understanding of 
the MOQ benefits from an understanding  Buddhism and Taoism, and vice versa.

Taoism and Buddhism do not have anything to say regarding evolution.
Change, yes. Evolution, no.
DQ is clearly stated in the MoQ to be the source of sq evolution when sq  
latches. If sq does not latch then DQ has not advanced sq.
The 'sweet spot' is simply high Quality relationships between sq  patterns.
These relationships are empirically verifiable and are indicated in  common 
language.
My analysis of them lead to the introduction of the term,  'Coherence' as an 
MoQ description. Coherence is not DQ.
Coherence is good though, which may be helpful.
