Hello Arlo and Platt

As a new comer to this country (coming on 30 years) it's the things that
you don't see that makes this country great.

I have always told people that what make this country great and strong is
not a multi- billion dollar aircraft out at sea, but rather a quarter
million dollar fire truck and the people that run it.

As a photojournalist, I have seen my fair share of emergency call, and
for  the most part the taxpayers get their money's worth and then some.

The fact that all street light can be turned green for the incoming
emergency vehicles, the fact that all involved can talk to each other,
and a building code that says that a doorway has to be so wide, so a
gurney can pass through.

Just a thought
