     Craig, this is an excellent point.  I find this
actually to be the whole point of the MOQ. 
Awesome!!!!  Yes, static quality and its' limits and
boundaries, but dynamic quality with its' inherent no
limits and no boundaries.  This sq and dq mix flow
nicely with nature.  We limit to find that limit
broken, but then also, the limits of sq are set in
place, but they change, etc...
