    That is a difficult notion to understand.  Static is static due to
its' latches and a collapse is chaos.
 Does a latch really hit a roof?  I don't think so. 
But on the other hand is dq chaos?  That puts freedom with chaos and I
don't think I can go there with confidence.

Hello SA,
seems the term freedom is relative, almost defined by its contraints.
Absolute freedom
would be chaos. This is why the delicate balance of value is imporant. 
in other words dynamic is defined by its static latches, without limits
nothing would have any meaning. but in the same token static latches are
not
absolutly static, they are always in conflict with DQ on some level
whethter
it be collapse or progression, it's still moving toward the next static
latch
which is just a period of definable terms of relative description.



three sparrows hit my livingroom window simultaniously. One is dead

one is injured the other flies off. mean while chipmunks nibble on the
tomatoes
as japanese beetles drown in the birdbath.
