MOQ intellect is a step above S/O intellect approaching the higher art level, but
still within the general level of intellect. You cannot tell if something has a 
defect unless you are outside that something looking at it. S/O intellect cannot
see or judge itself. An MOQ intellect, wherein value dominates, can.

The most moral of levels is the level above intellect, the art level.
