SA!,
You know the area, If the bulls are in rut be careful with getting too
close (fall) move with your face to the wind
(down wind), beautiful aren't they, I came face to face with a black
bear in archery season up around that area
Stood taller than me, I think we scared each other equally, I've used
that region for reference in a few paintings.
Ifin we'all live round these parts, a camp outing might be in line
sometime.

Arlo and x,
I've camped at the Penn. Grand Canyon (GC), and walked around Wellsboro
(spelling?). That town is one far away place. The ride north from 80
to PA GC follows Pine Creek and is a nice flowing back and forth up
through the valley.
Medix, I've camped around there before, too.
Walked across a beaver dam, after sighting a Green Heron, across a
fallen log to get across a small creek, snuck up crawling on my stomach
up a small slope to peek over a log and sight big bull elk feeding close
up. Was a rainy day, and their breath came out like smoke. Black
Forest, that's in the central region, too, right? South of PA GC?
